These round wire springs still have the same high quality attention to detail as our popular beehive kits. These are nano peened and batched according to seat pressure within our specs. The lightweight titanium retainers are CNC machined with tolerances and repeatability that are unmatched by other brands. This keeps a consistent seat pressure across the head for ultimate reliability and performance. Complete with Titanium retainers. These can still be used with OEM style spring seats & collets/locks.

Fuji Racing Beehive Valve Spring & Titanium Retainer Kit
Our beehive spring is made with an ovate wire which utilizes advanced material heat treatment methods for superior load loss capabilities. These springs have the highest level of spring load retention while still maintaining good fatigue throughout the life of the spring. Beehive springs allow for the use of a smaller, lighter retainer allowing for higher RPM and more valve control.

These can still be used with OEM style spring seats & collets/locks

Fuji Racing Supreme Valve Spring & Titanium Retainer Kit
The Fuji Racing Supreme valve springs are not a new concept and are industry-proven to provide several key advantages over traditional spring designs. A major advantage of our conical springs is the damping and removal of valvetrain harmonics. Of the three industry designs, conical springs are the front runners in valvetrain harmonic stability. Utilizing a varying coil diameter as well as coil spacing, a conical spring acts as a natural harmonic damper in the transfer of valvetrain shock. This translates to less stress, less wear, and longer life of the included components. This level of protection is needed in today's engines being pushed to their physical and mechanical limits by aftermarket modifications. Every Fuji Racing Supreme spring offers a super-finished surface treatment to go along with the patented, multi-step heat-treatment process. The finished product is an extremely reliable, high-performance spring allowing the users to push higher RPMs, use more aggressive cam profiles, and turn up higher boost pressures. Fuji Racing Stainless Steel Intake Valves

Swirl polished heads for smoother air flow over the valve
Back cut to reduce valve weight for higher RPM, higher boost pressure, and allow for more aggressive cam profiles without increasing valve spring seat pressures
Valve stems are micro-polished to allow for less oil retention on the stem, which creates less drag on the stem to guide for a smoother motion
Intake valves are a modified 21-4n stainless and exhausts are a modified 23-8n stainless material for high heat capacity while maintaining longevity
Valve tips are either hardened or have a stelite wafer tip fused so that the tip is within 5 Rockwell C of the rocker or valve tappet for extended life and less wear
Valve tip lengths – we have taken extra time to adjust tip heights on the applications to require less tipping of the valve, to maintain proper tip height for proper valve train geometry, and to cut down on install times when setting valve lash
We have also adjusted the keeper groove to properly balance intake and exhaust spring pressures to reduce the use of valve spring shims and maximize performance from our spring and retainer kits

Super Alloy Exhaust Valve Set
Fuji Racing Super Alloy Exhaust Valves are for those running high BHP, high EGT setups that need a valve that will last in 1000c conditions. The Super Alloy Exhaust valves have chrome polished stems to create a smooth, durable finish for added life and better lubricity, especially when paired with the Fuji Racing Manganese bronze valve guides.

Under the head, the dish is maximized for weight savings while swirl polished and back cut heads promote better airflow without sacrificing durability.



Fuji Racing Valve Stem Seals

Fuji Racing Viton valve stem seals provide superior sealing to keep oil out of combustion chambers for improved engine efficiency and performance. Viton seals are comprised of a proprietary fluoroelastomer material that’s extremely resistant to heat, oil additives, and abrasion. The valve stem’s metal body ensures that the seals remain in place to deliver excellent long-term durability.

 

Fuji Racing Valve Guide Set

What we have actually designed is quite simple, we have had these designed so the valve guides fit properly, are easier to install, and are shaped to help air flow instead of just copying the OEM design. They have a built-in lip to stop them from being pressed in too far

Our valve guides are made from true C67410 Manganese Bronze and turned on a dedicated precision CNC turning center.

 These are an OEM replacement stamped spring seat, useable with our upgraded valve spring kits or standard springs as an alternative to expensive OEM Seats
