Terms And Conditions

By placing and order with Twenty20Racing, the customer agrees and accepts the Terms & Conditions stated below:

 Warranty and Disclaimer

The products sold by Twenty20Racing may not be legal for street use, and are sold for off-road purposes, and the customer uses them at their own risk. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with their respective local, state and national authorities in regards to the legality of their vehicle. Twenty20Racing is not liable to damages to the product once the product has been shipped from our Depot.

Twenty20Racing is not responsible for the installation and modification of the product for fitment/installation. It is the buyer's responsibility to take best practices and engage a professional installer to achieve the best possible results. 

 

Defective Products

Twenty20Racing shall not be responsible for any damage and/or cost incurred by a faulty product we may have supplied. 

Twenty20Racing is not liable to damages of the product once the product/s have left our warehouse. 

If a product is found to be defective, we will need the product back for inspection, upon receiving the product, we will review the defect and advice whether we can provide a replacement if deemed defected. 

All products require professional installation.

Shipping

Based on your location in Australia, estimated shipping time can vary from 2-5 business days for metro areas, or up to 2 weeks or longer for regional/remote areas. 

We also offer shipping to New Zealand, please allow longer shipping times if you are purchasing from NZ. 

Orders

Our Order In items are either stocked or manufactured to order by our suppliers, generally these products will be dispatched within 5-30 business days. Where it will be faster for the customer we may have our supplier ship the product directly to the customer.

For In Stock Items the dispatch time from the Twenty20Racing warehouse is 3-5 business days once payment is received.

Stock levels for all items can be seen above the "Add to Cart" button. There is a written stock level stating that an item is either "In Stock", "Low Stock", or "Order In". There are also visual indicators, with a coloured circle indicating the stock status. Green = In Stock, Orange = Low Stock, and Blue = Order In.

An "Order In" item is subject to the "Order In" cancellation restrictions as detailed below.

Shipping Damage

All orders are carefully inspected and packed to reduce the potential for damage. However, damage may occur despite our  best efforts, due to variables out of "Twenty20Racing" control.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packaging and the product's condition upon receiving them.

Should there be damage to the product, all issues and imperfections must be noted down, in addition to the receipt, the Driver and all details related to delivery.

All packaging materials must be retained, for inspection by appropriate authorities. A signed receipt without any notation or review indemnifies the carrier and Twenty20Racing from damage claims.

All damages must be notified to the carrier and Twenty20Racing within 24 hours of receipt. Should the procedures of notation and receipt be appropriately executed, the carrier will determine how to best proceed. 

Twenty20Racing is not responsible for items lost or damaged.

Refund/Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to return or cancel an order, please read our policy below.

Refunds

We offer refunds in accordance with the ACCC Refunds & Returns Policy, this is when the item:
-has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
-is unsafe
-is significantly different from the sample or description
-doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
We may ask you to provide evidence of the fault or defect, such as photos or a video, to help us process your refund. You can choose to have the refund issued to the original payment method, or as store credit.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of products.

We will accept stocked items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days from the day of delivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or installed. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if:

If you change your mind, we will not be able to exchange your product.

You return your product without proof of purchase, we will not be able to exchange/refund your product.

The products have been sat in, used, any bolting points have been fixed to a surface or the products are damaged, we will not be able to exchange/refund your product.

The goods were a special order and/or made to your specification, we will not be able to exchange/refund your product.

The Products was deemed defective without proof of professional installation, we will not be able to exchange/refund your product.

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason before we dispatch it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If we have already dispatched your order, you will need to wait until you receive the order, and then follow our refund process if applicable (again, we do not offer change of mind refunds).
If your order contains an "Order In" product, we are unable to cancel this order as these products are specially ordered for you. Depending on the product our suppliers will have already begun shipping or manufacturing of these products specifically for you. It is important for customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order for an "Order In" product, and to verify that all specifications and requirements are accurate before placing the order.

If you do decide that you want to cancel an order for an "Order In" product, this will be at the discretion of Twenty 20 Racing, and if approved will invoke a 5% administration fee.

Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team. We will ask you to provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or cancel.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue it within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned to us in its original condition. If you cancel your order before we dispatch it, we will issue the refund within 14 days of your request.


The Products were damaged in freight and insurance was not purchased.

Please note all our items are wrapped up in bubble wrap and shipped out with a hard reinforced cardboard box however sometimes freight damage does occur due to freight Companies.

We will not be responsible for any freight damage that occurs during transportation we highly recommend the buyer purchases freight insurance. Please contact us if you wish to purchase freight insurance with your order.
